Member Renewal FAQ
My CEUs aren't showing up on my verification form when I try to print it. Why?
Check to make sure you have at least 10 hours listed under CEU Year 2018-2019. CEUs earned the year BEFORE you renew are what count, so what's under CEU year 2018-2019 will count for 2019-2020.
I put them under the wrong CEU year. How do I change this?
Login and go to Record My CEUs. Click update next to the session title, make the change using the CEU year dropdown box and be sure to click Update CEU when complete.
List ALL extra under CEU year 2019-2020. If you have more than 10 for 2019-2020 as well, you will still list them under 2019-2020. When renewal becomes available next year, you can change them to the following renewal period.
Please list book or video title instead of presentation title, date read or watched instead of date attended, author or producer instead of presenter
Please contact ALTA's CEU Chair, Cathy Youngblood, M.Ed., LDT, CALT.
Make sure you're typing your name exactly as it appears — do not use informal name.
Be sure you are entering the number without spaces. If you get error 15005, this means you need to contact your credit card company and tell them the charge is legitimate. If it is still not working, please renew by mail. Occasionally, a few people have credit cards that simply will not work with our online system.
Use the Individual Event Approval form. Must apply at least 4 weeks in advance. Address and email of where to send are on form.
ALTA has two directories, public and members only. You will only show up in the one you've checked the box for, so log back in and check your directory settings. Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update Profile when you're done.
